Define whose promise the customer sees
A partner brand may lead the relationship while another producer completes part of the work. Agree who quotes, contracts, answers questions and approves the result.
Make the license specific
Set out formats, territory, duration, permitted edits and reuse. White-label presentation and ownership are separate questions.
Set a review path
Use one agreed feedback route and define the included rounds. Document changes that affect the original price or schedule.
Keep information proportionate
Share only the material needed to complete the assignment. Agree permissions and handling before providing confidential customer information.
Plan for the end
State how final files, records and open support questions transfer when the project or partnership ends. Continuity is part of the deliverable.
Use these questions to prepare your next conversation. Your written project agreement determines the actual scope and terms.
